Step'n'Shred

Step n Shred is excellent for those wishing to cross-train and get fitter, stronger and leaner fast. This class provides a whole-body workout as it incorporates all components of fitness, speed, power, agility, plyometrics, strength and conditioning and core. This class works every muscle group whilst burning a huge amount of calories. The class is suitable for all levels of fitness as exercises can be modified if need be.

Excellent accompaniment to sports specific activities such a running, cycling, football and rugby.

Group PT

The small group PT is a more affordable option than 1-1 Personal Training and these sessions are held twice weekly on set days and times to encourage consistency and accountability.

PLUS there’s the added bonus of nutrition and injury prevention/rehab advice on hand if you need any help in those areas.

Circuits

Low impact high intensity strength and conditioning circuit class using barbells, kettlebells, handweights, slam balls, sandbags stability balls, battle ropes, weighted sleds and much more.

This class will get you fit FAST, it increases strength whilst stripping fat and sculpting muscle. It’s a huge calorie burning workout which is kind to the joints.

It’s suitable for anyone and everyone from complete beginners who haven’t lifted weights before to the more experienced exerciser. All exercises can be modified for those suffering with injuries and/or certain medical conditions.

Kettlebells

Kettlebell workouts can help you to build muscle and improve your strength, core stability, balance, flexibility, and coordination. It’s a versatile piece of equipment , which means you can perform a range of exercises which target single or multiple groups at the same time. You can get an effective workout just using this single piece of equipment, which is perfect if you’re short on time.

BODYPUMP®

BODYPUMP® gives you a total body workout working all major muscle groups in just 60 minutes. Indoor Cycling/Spin

Our group cycling classes will ensure you get your cardio and strength workout done in one session as you’ll get your heart racing, your lungs pumping and you’ll feel the burn as you tone your legs, bum and abs.
Throughout the class, your Instructor will take you on a journey of hills, intervals and sprints, encouraging you to challenge yourself every step of the way to achieve your individual goals.
Spin is ideal for people of all fitness levels and experience, whether you are new to exercise or a regular at fitness classes as you control the resistance and pedal speed creating just the right intensity for you. By regularly attending our Spin classes, you’ll build cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. You’ll also enjoy a high energy workout without the impact, making it a great choice for those struggling with joint issues and injuries.

Pilates

In our calm and relaxing sessions you will stretch every muscle from head to toe and we will also use concepts from the advanced orthopaedics and back care courses which encourages rehab and pain management relief.

Our Pilates classes will help you relieve tension, stress and bring you into balance as well as aid any postural or muscular imbalances, improve core, upper and lower body strength and improve flexibility.

Adaptations and alternative exercises will be given to those suffering from certain medical conditions and/or pre-existing injuries.

Pre-natal adaptations will be incorporated to safely see our pregnant participants through all 3 trimesters.

Reformer Pilates

Yoga

Beginners’ yoga for all ages and physical abilities. You’ll be introduced to beginner level yoga poses and sequences along with simple breathing practices and guided relaxation.
This is a good place to start whether you’re a complete beginner who’s never done Yoga before or for those wishing to return to a regular yoga practice after a long break as you’ll work at your own level in a safe and supportive environment.

Hyrox

What Is Hyrox?
Hyrox is a global functional fitness competition comprised of eight workout stations, broken up with a 1K run between each.

Completing the workout in pairs, solo, or in teams of four, the aim is to finish as fast as possible. This fitness trend is a style of Hybrid Training, where an athlete trains across multiple disciplines, in this case, challenging the body by combining both strength and endurance. The formula of each race remains the same – wherever you compete. This means you can specifically tailor your training and easily compare your performance for each race (if you choose to do more than one).
