My name is Gail Simpson and I’ve been fortunate enough to work in the fitness industry for over 25 years.
I’ve worked as a Freelance Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer for Live Active in most of their venues, as well as Bannatynes, Gleneagles, Health Works, Liz McColgans and currently for myself for 11+ years.
I converted the old gymnastics hall in GlenRuthven Mill, Auchterarder into a Fitness Studio in 2018 and called it “The Fitness Mill”  and I’ve recently taken on the unit next to me and turned  it into a Gym,  Personal Training and Functional Fitness  Studio.
I specialise in Women’s Wellness and I’ve created a community through small Group Personal Training sessions to help women navigate their way positively and confidently through this midlife stage. I coach Peri and Mid-Life Women on the benefits of movement and diet and how together, they play a fundamental role in managing many of the symptoms associated with Menopause.
I also provide Pregnancy and Postnatal Personal Training which is designed to help women stay strong and healthy by training safely and confidently throughout all 3 trimesters of pregnancy and these sessions also greatly assist with post partum recovery.
I also provide an Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Service through Personal Training and Pilates Sessions.
